Heather strives to inspire and mentor the next generation of equestrian. She is dedicated to creating true horsemen and woman and to that end she includes her students in a group she refers to as Heather's Angels. The Culture of the Angels isn’t just a program — it’s a culture. It happens in an arena and around the barn, and into the outside world. Angels learn to show up with grace, grit, and accountability.

We honor the horse, we stay present, and we take responsibility for our energy and our choices. We celebrate progress, not perfection because this work is about who you’re becoming, and how the horse handle's the progress. Through camaraderie, we help each other, we cheer for each other, and we learn from watching one another work. No ego. No hierarchy. No one left behind. When one rider grows, everyone benefits and becomes stronger together. Diversity is what makes us strong.
